ChatTrix helps creators analyze unreplied Instagram DM conversations so they can identify brand deals, collaborations, leads, urgent replies, content ideas, and spam. This policy explains what ChatTrix accesses, what is sent for analysis, and what we do not collect.
ChatTrix is designed for use by the owner of the Instagram account or someone authorized to manage that inbox. The app uses your own logged-in browser session to read inbox information needed for analysis.
Inbox previews are used only as the first filter. If a preview starts with "You:", ChatTrix skips that conversation because you already replied. For conversations still waiting for your response, ChatTrix analyzes recent unreplied message context so it can understand the real request, not just the final preview line.
ChatTrix sends the needed recent message context to an AI analysis provider to categorize and summarize the conversation. The dashboard then shows one card per conversation with category, priority, sentiment, summary, action required, sender intent, and key topics.
When you request a trial key through the website, we collect the email address and creator handle you submit through Formspree. We use that information to send your 14-day access key and trial instructions.
ChatTrix uses an access key system to manage the 14-day free trial and paid access after the trial. The desktop app may contact the ChatTrix license service to validate whether an access key is active or expired.
ChatTrix uses third-party services for form collection, license validation, hosting, and AI analysis. These may include Formspree, Cloudflare, Vercel, GitHub Releases, and Groq or another AI analysis provider.
ChatTrix is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
We may update this policy as the product changes. Continued use of ChatTrix after changes means you accept the updated policy.
