By downloading or using ChatTrix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

What ChatTrix is

ChatTrix is a local desktop application that helps you organize and understand your Instagram direct messages. It operates entirely on your device and does not require an account with us.

Permitted use

Personal use to manage your own Instagram inbox
Use on accounts you own and have full authorization to access
Use in accordance with Instagram's Terms of Service

Prohibited use

Accessing Instagram accounts you do not own or have explicit permission to access
Using ChatTrix for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity
Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the software
Using the software in ways that violate any applicable law

ChatTrix is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of this tool is at your own discretion. ChatTrix is not responsible for any action taken against your Instagram account by Instagram or Meta as a result of using this software.

Trial and licensing

ChatTrix offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a valid license. License keys are non-transferable and may not be shared.

Disclaimer of warranties

ChatTrix is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all systems or Instagram configurations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatTrix and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ChatTrix after changes constitutes acceptance.
