Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using ChatTrix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

What ChatTrix is

ChatTrix is a desktop inbox intelligence tool that helps creators analyze unreplied Instagram DM conversations and organize them into categories such as brand deals, collaborations, leads, urgent replies, content ideas, fan messages, and spam.

Permitted use

You may use ChatTrix to manage Instagram accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to access.
You may use ChatTrix to review and categorize inbound conversations waiting for your response.
You are responsible for using ChatTrix in accordance with applicable laws and platform terms.

Prohibited use

Do not use ChatTrix to access Instagram accounts you do not own or do not have permission to manage.
Do not use ChatTrix for spam, harassment, scraping unrelated accounts, or illegal activity.
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, collect credentials, or use ChatTrix to impersonate another person.
Do not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or modify the software without permission.

ChatTrix is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of ChatTrix is at your own discretion.

Trial and paid access

ChatTrix offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, paid access is required to continue using the app. Trial and paid access are managed through access keys. Access keys are non-transferable and may not be shared.

Access key requests

When you request a trial access key on the website, you may be asked for your email address and creator handle. We use that information to send your trial key and setup instructions.

Software changes

ChatTrix may change over time, including features, limits, license behavior, supported systems, and analysis providers. We may update these terms when needed.

Disclaimer of warranties

ChatTrix is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system, browser version, or Instagram interface change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatTrix and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the software.
